Aloha Friday! Time Management

Finally Friday!

Time for my funtastic Aloha Friday post as hosted by Kailani of An Island's Life. Go on over to read and answer other questions and join in! Just post a short and easy question that is answered by a short and easy response.

Cause Fridays should always be easy.
But not short.

Ok, my question:

How do you get everything done - are you super organized with your time?

At the end of the day I look at my to do list and either I am proud that I got at least some of it done or I am ashamed that I accomplished nothing and only added to my list.

And then there are the days that I double book stuff. I really need to get more organized!

Is there a time management tool I can write a review for? Sheesh...

Your question assumes I do get everything done. Ha!

I do have a trick though for those days when I need to buckle down. I limit my to do list to no more than 6 items. And I get to cross each off without replacing it until all 6 are done. Are you ready for this? I call it my "List of 6." :)

I struggle with this too! I tried making a chart to follow with cleaning on certain days, etc, but didn't follow through with it. I have been thinking about doing it again so I re-gain a system over getting my house clean and also not feel guilty if I have free time to spend after I get it all done.

First of all, I cannot remember the last time I got EVERYTHING done but I do like orgjunkie.com for motivation and ideas.

I am not even remotely organized. Not even a little bit. I am of no help.

I spread cleaning and other chores throughout the week.

I should visit flylady again to see what I can do better at.

I love the idea of always leaving my kitchen sink clean though.
