Spotlight Saturday!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families! I had a very busy week with my husband's family and have another big day ahead of me tomorrow. This spotlight will be a tad smaller than normal, but please go visit this mama - she rocks so much!

This week I am spotlighting Deb from Menopausal New Mom. She is hilarious! This girl says it like she sees it. Period. Her blunt sense of humor cracks me up every time. She is also very honest about her personal life and I find this to be so refreshing. You see, life isn't always pretty and she puts it all out there. It makes me feel so much less alone when I feel crazy or out of control. Cause no one is perfect.

I'd also like to add that Deb is a wonderful writer. Every blogger has a specific talent - whether it is photography, compiling a ton of different info, reviewing, whatever. Hers is humor and writing. I go to her blog expecting big things - a smile, a tear, a chuckle or a brow furrowed in thought - and I am never disappointed.

Spotlight Saturday - Take Time to Smell the Rose

Time for another edition of Spotlight Saturday!

This time I am showcasing my good friend Chari from Take Time to Smell the Rose!

She was one of my very first blog friends ever back in July. She is such a super sweet gal, I can always count on her to give a heartfelt comment on some of my posts. We got to know each other from our mutual love of cloth diapers and just became fans of each other's blogs.

She gives back to other bloggers every Sunday with her event "Take Time to Share Your Giveaway Sundays" were you can link up your giveaway and get that much more exposure!

She has a sweet baby boy and blogs about the highlights of being his mama. But she also mixes in some fabulous giveaways too! I love that she isn't only a review blogger - you get a mix of personal blogs and giveaways - just the right balance!

I met her when I first started blogging. We became great friends since we both use cloth diapers and I am the oldest of 5 kids. If I ever need any advice about parenting or blogging she is just an email away and I love that about her. What is blogging about if you don't make friends?
